NK HTGT was established in 1996 as the Dutch Championship for Historic Touring Cars and GT’s. Nowadays it has evolved in an international series, catering for touring cars and GT’s built between 1947 and 1965.

GRDC is de afkorting van de officiele naam van de klasseorganisatie: Stichting Dutch Historic GT & Touring Car Racing Drivers Club. GRDC is de officiele promotor van het onder auspicien van de HARC georganiseerde NK GT’s en Touring Cars ’66-’81.
Die Triumph Competition & British HTGT ist die durch die FIA international anerkannte historische Rennserie des TR-Register Deutschland e.V. Im Jahr 2019 wird die 26. Saison der Triumph Competition & British HTGT angegangen: Dies ist nicht nur ein Zeichen für die große Beliebtheit dieser Rennserie, es bestätigt auch die Beständigkeit des Engagements des TR-Register Deutschland e.V., einem der größten Markenclubs Deutschlands.
In den Wettbewerben der Triumph Competition & British HTGT weisen die Fahrerfelder neben der gesamten Triumph-Palette vom Spitfire bis zum TR8, regelmäßig die verschiedensten Modelle der Marken Austin Healey, Jaguar, Marcos, MG, Morgan, TVR u.v.m. bis zum Baujahr 1981auf, was die Veranstaltungen nicht nur für die Fahrerinnen und Fahrer, sondern auch für die Zuschauer spannend macht.

The 7 Race Series boasts large grids of 420R and 1600cc cars across all of our events in both the UK and Europe. We only visit the highest profile race circuits, in fact in 2022 seven of the nine race circuits we are visiting are either present or past F1 venues.

The foundation Historic Monoposto Racing has been established in 1996 with the aim to keep formula cars from the 60’s and 70’s racing. Ayrton Senna, Alan Prost, Niki Lauda, Emerson Fittipaldi, Arie Luijendijk, Jan Lammers and many others have taken this route. All big stars in Formula 1 have, on their way to the top, driven in one or more of the classes that are raced under the HMR banner.

The racing series was created in 1993. On the grid cars that many spectators have had themselves, such as BMW 2002, VW Golf and Mini, Ford Escort, but also dream cars such as BMW M3, Renault Alpine, Lotus Sunbeam and Esprit and exotics such as Porsche 935, BMW M1 Procar, 911RSR and many more.
On track there is often a hard and fair fight with respect for each others equipment, off-track there is a unique relaxed atmosphere in a paddock where fun and friendship are the base for our slogan “Smile, it makes you faster”.
