All users of radio communication equipment are obliged to be in possession of an authorisation to use their equipment on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit during the Spa Summer Classic meeting.<\/p>

Checks will be carried out by BIPT at Spa-Francorchamps and may lead, in case of non-compliance with the legislation, to a legal procedure and seizure of radio equipment.<\/p>

It is therefore imperative to apply for the required permits via the BIPT website.<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>

BIPT also points out that the equipment used must comply with the regulations.<\/p>

Some companies are reportedly supplying non-compliant material. One of the prerequisites for compliant equipment is that it carries the
CE marking.<\/p>

To put it jokingly, one should not confuse the \"CE\" marking with the \"China Export\" marking: Any material that does not comply will be seized by BIPT<\/p>
