Official communication fromthe management of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit

Regardless of the car, drivers must respect the noise standards set by the circuit.

The maximum noise level allowed is mentioned for each race in the meeting schedule.

This is the maximum sound level per car, on the track (dynamic control), measured at 15 m from the track centreline.

If the noise limit is not respected, the car is stopped and a static check is performed.

However, if it is found that the car exceeds the maximum allowed three consecutive times during the dynamic control, it will be excluded from the meeting.
